Filler tubes

Integrated manufacturing from expanding, bending and welding to plating and powder coating

Filler tubes connect fuel inlets and fuel tanks. It is one of the automotive parts that is formed and welded in complex curves and requires high air tightness.

Each processing line for bending, pressing, welding, brazing, plating, powder coating and air tightness testing of filler tubes with complex shapes is an important line of Kanae Kogyo with extremely high production efficiency. All these processes are carried out in our own factory as a one-stop shop.

Manufacturing Process

We are able to produce high quality and highly reliable products by using a complete line for the integrated processes of tube materials, processing, welding, plating, coating and assembly.
We offer products that meet the most demanding requirements, including pipe expansion methods with an expansion ratio of 200%, high-precision threading and equal thickness plating on the inside and outside surfaces.
We guarantee air-tightness, which is key to filler pipes, and 100% good quality.
